Refund policy

To be eligible for a refund, you must register a complaint with our care manager or our online MyCHS support helpline on the same day of the service. Refunds are invalid once our care manager and or our technical team have left your premises. 

Successfully verified refunds shall be credited to the customer's bank account within a maximum of 15 working days. A conveyance charge shall be deducted to cover the team's transit to your premises.
